APRIL 23 INTERNATIONAL CHILDREN'S DAY This national day (23 April National Sovereignty and Children's Day) in Turkey is a unique event. The founder of the Turkish Republic, Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, dedicated April 23 to the children of the country to emphasize that they are the future of the new nation.

We and the future

It is our right and obligation to develop our abilities and skills to improve ourselves to the full and enrich our lives as well as the society and the lives of others. And everybody must consider what role in life (s)he will take according to knowledge and ability options. We're children but we're already thinking about our future:
